ORGANIZATIONS

Be A Difference Maker

Organizations are established to support the survival of society. The necessities of life produced by organizations, ranging from dairy farmers who produce meat, eggs, cheese, milk, butter, ice cream, and yogurt to an accounting firm that prepares tax forms each April, are essential. Organizations thrive by setting and achieving daily goals. To make an organization successful, many factors come into play, keeping the group together and ensuring that the role of each member is recognized as vital to the proper function of the group.

When like-minded people embark on a mission to make a difference in their community or even within their family, their motivation can wane if they perceive the goal as unattainable. How can an organization maintain a high level of motivation when facing disappointments? If the goal changes, does that mean the organization has failed, or can the group adapt to pursue a new, more productive objective?

ORGANIZATION PROGRAMS

Dynamic Strategies for Success within Organizations

Nick Scott gives organizations his dynamic skill-set for achieving success within the individual and the group. Groups who have goals to meet in their community must stay focused and work together. Nick teaches groups to create strategies using past successes integrated with new strategies to meet the group’s needs efficiently. Nick’s education, experience, and interactive program do more than motivate; they activate a desire to achieve more.

Self-Motivation and Momentum Building

Nick Scott teaches, through first-hand experience, the importance of staying self-motivated. Without self-motivation, Nick would not be a Professional Wheelchair Bodybuilder or a sponsored athlete. In the beginning, there were few opportunities for wheelchair athletes, and Nick competed, and won, against non-wheelchair athletes. Now, wheelchair divisions are common in the sport, and Nick is working to further the scope of wheelchair athletics worldwide. Nick opened these doors himself and left them open for those who followed. The seeds of motivation start inside each individual and grow to encompass the group as they move toward success. Nick will plant the seeds, teach the group to nurture them, and initiate an unstoppable force that will meet each goal set. Nick knows there is no excuse for quitting and no excuse for not trying.

Organization Structure and Psychological Maintenance

Structure within an organization provides the group with a chain of leadership to follow and rituals in the everyday life of the organization. Rituals are essential when building trust and forming a flexible team. Change in Nick Scott’s life is constant, and he quickly adjusts to those changes without losing sight of his goals. Rituals in Nick’s daily routines give him roots that hold him in one place but also allow him to calmly assess change and decide, quickly, the best action to take. Psychologically, these roots keep Nick grounded in the familiar as he navigates problems that threaten the ultimate outcome he wants. Nick knows successful organizations change quickly, like the environment around them. To maintain cohesion, rituals ground them to a common cause while guiding them toward the solutions needed.
